Ashley Lambert (“we”) collects personal information only to respond to inquiries and to provide real estate services. This includes name, email, telephone number, organization, and the details you choose to send.

Information is used to follow up on your inquiry, to assess whether a mandate is a fit, and to meet legal and professional obligations of a licensed REALTOR® in British Columbia. It is not sold.

If you arrive from a Facebook or Meta advertisement, Meta may receive a page-view and a hashed lead event (browser pixel and server Conversions API) so the ad account can measure form submissions. You can review Meta’s policies on their site. Our forms also email this practice directly. The inquiry message is not sent to Meta.

Records are kept only as long as needed for the file and for professional record-keeping. To access, correct, or withdraw consent, write to ashley@ashleylambert.ca.
